A conversation between locals about things that matter

We're hosting Kitchen Table Conversations (KTCs) in our community to listen and learn. Join us to share what matters to you and have your voice heard. 

How does a KTC work?

• KTC's are small, respectful, facilitated conversations between 4-8 people, hosted at someone’s home or in a comfortable public place.
• They are a forum for listening, not for changing the opinions of others, participants should feel included, valued and respected.
• Participants talk about the issues of greatest concern to them, and have the opportunity to suggest ideas about what could be done to help solve these issues. 
• After sharing openly with others, most people leave a 90 minute KTC feeling uplifted and motivated by their shared love of this place and community.
•  Responses will be collated anonymously and be part of a report that will be shared with our political representatives and candidates in upcoming elections. You can read a copy of our 2024 report here.
