You are invited to attend our 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The AGM is an opportunity for us to report on our activities and financials over the past year, and for members to elect the Management Committee. It is also an opportunity to ask questions and provide input into the future direction of VoTE. A copy of the Financial Statements, draft agenda and other relevant documentation can be found in the links below.
Guest Speaker - Dr Andrew Klassen, PhD Political Science, ANU - “What matters most to Australian voters?”
As a Research Manager, Andrew maintains a public opinion database that harmonises over 100 different sources of public opinion data. He collaborates with others to analyze this data to better understand the impact of public policies and long-term societal changes. Topics of recent focus include satisfaction with democratic performance, support for democracy as a political system, perceptions of electoral integrity, and trust in institutions.
Dr Klassen will speak about his work, followed by a short Q&A, and drinks and nibbles.
We hope you can join us.
